A "pounding" is a old fashioned tradition where members of the community bring I gifts to support others in need. It is a wonderful way to share God's love in a tangible way.

About the Event
On Sunday March 22nd you are invited to drop off donations in the commons for Bassette Elementary School or the Peake Childhood Center. Every contribution, large or small, makes a difference and I will be a blessing to the children and families served by these schools. Monetary donations are always welcome. Specific needs are:
PEAKE EARLY CHILDHOOD CENTER:
Disinfectant wipes, fragrance free baby wipes, kid friendly band-aids, laundry detergent, reams of printer paper, preschool pencils (short and fat), bibs and burp cloths for the infant room.
BASSETTE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL:
Tissues, disinfectant wipes, pencils, glue sticks, small treats for awards and birthday bags, gently used elementary sized clothing, underwear for ages 4-7yrs, headphones, both over the ear and ear buds, gallon-sized zip lock bags. Unhomed families need prepared foods or foods that can be heated in a microwave and hygiene items for both males and females.
