National Missions

Appalachian Service Project

The Appalachian Service Project (ASP) will leave you with a passion for service, renewed compassion for others and a fresh appreciation for your place and purpose in life.

ASP has been in existence for 48 years serving the rural Appalachia, low income families to help repair homes. Volunteers are from around the country. Their motto is to make a "warmer, safer, drier" home. This is a Christian ministry open to everyone.  They accept people "where they are and just the way they are".

2020 is the seventh year our church will participate with the Appalachian Service Project in Guyan Valley, West Virginia.

Mission projects include patching leaks, building walls, repair on stairs, plumbing, electrical, painting; each project is individualized to the groups skills.
